Project Rant and iPhone Update

My guilty pleasure #83 is YouTube. Not just making and uploading videos. But I can peruse the Tube all day. I recently stumbled across a new channel. Project Rant.

Now we all have those pet peeves and little things that piss us off. Don't try to deny it. Project Rant takes those little things and makes them into hilarious 2-3 minutes clips. Stuff you wish you could say, they say for you.

Here's a few of my favorites. If you don't watch them all, please watch the last one...HILARIOUS!

NO MORE BOOGIES!!



I actually like the names Hayden and Jayden. But I do half some pet peeve tendencies towards people naming their kids all the same thing.



Now, seeing how as I've been with the same guy for the better half of a decade, I personally don't have experience with vagina blocking friends, but this one was just too hilarious not to share with you!



Ok on to bigger and better things.

I've still been torn about this whole new iPhone 4 thing. I really want the front facing camera, HD video recording and camera flash. But the fact that Apple offered their new iPhone software to current iPhone users for free, made me hold off.

So last night I downloaded the new software. I LOVE IT. If you have an iPhone, I highly suggest plugging that bad boy in right this second and downloading the update.

My favorite features:

• ability to change the background image on all home screens.
• ability to combine like Apps into folders to clear up the clutter (good for people like me who have 4 pages of apps that you don't use but don't want to delete either)
• iBooks. Period. It's alot like Kindle for iPhone (which I have) but now I can purchase books and have them charged through my iTunes account. Also, the bookshelf looks pretty sweet. Now I really have to be carefully, I might go broke.
• Multitasking. You can double click the home button and a little menu of apps that are currently running pops up. So if you are playing a game, reading, etc. You don't really close all the way out of the app your in to, say, write a text message. The only downside is occasionally you'll have to go through and close the apps out in that little menu, otherwise they just stay there.
